It’s called positive–negative asymmetry.

Your brain is wired to focus more on what’s wrong than what’s right.

This is not a flaw.

It’s a survival system.

But in modern life, it often works against you.

If you’re not aware of how your mind works, it runs on autopilot.

It will:

  • keep you in your comfort zone
  • cause doubt and fear
  • make you second-guess yourself
  • convince you that you've hit a dead end

It feels real.

It feels true.

But it's just a pattern that stands in the way of your results.
